What happens when we work on those shitty memories and traumas we've picked up along the way in our journeys?

Well, it can look like a lot of chilling and going through the motions until it clears. It can also look like reading a lot of Jung, seeing a great trauma-based therapist and making work to give space for all the shit to come up and dissipate, leaving our bodies once and for all, finally giving us new access to recreate the story we've been playing in our heads.

This has been my experience with my journey as an artist. And the tough times led to this piece for the 2024 Venice Biennale, representing the 'country' in which I live, the Terra Expanse.
